I want to know when and how we start claiming against the dickheads that cause crashes and road closures for delays to us? Some of the massive delays that occur up Waikanae -Otaki way for example cost hundreds of people a lot for the sake of someone not obeying the road rules or for not driving/riding properly. Why shouldn't it be a cost against their driving - we're all for fining people to "improve" their behaviour, well it is time they knew the full cost of their stupidity.
    Cheers

And there is a case in point. It is not their choice not to take down the WRB to allow traffic flow and easier services access, nor was it their choice to put it in over other solutions. How much of the delay is caused by the crash and how much by the poor choices of NZTA.

It's time to introduce a stupid tax. You get points when you be a dumb cunt and pay money to me accordingly. Just like the ETS, I will rake in the dosh and do nothing.

You would be spending lots of time in Wellington at a certain roundish building collecting your money.
