I clean up outside my place once every few months. Been some pretty bad ones. One van took out a powerpole so hard it basically G clamped itself around the car coming down through the roof. Also this came in one of the cars I bought once. Grand total was about $30,000 in fines over about 10 years. There was reckless use charges, careless driving. The whole 9 yards.
