    Embedding Youtube using iPad?

Having a bit of trouble betty. Is there a trick to it? There is no embed code available on the clips it seems and just copying the url into the video symbol tool thing has no result either.

I find the Ipad app annoying, so instead open YouTube from my browser. There I can pluck the embed code.

Yeah - Safari defaults to 'mobile device tube.'

Best bet is install the Chrome browser and 'request desktop site' from the tabs menu. Works like normal then.

Now I don't recall changing anything, but on my ipad2 with Safari it uses the full site, allowing me to get the embed code.

Dunno - I'm on my second one. Gave the 2 to the daughter and upgraded to Retina. Both defaulted to mobile YT in Safari. So does chrome unless I tell it not to.

Somewhere, something is telling YT yours is a desktop. Insightful huh.
