    I reckon crankcase/gearbox facing fwd was good.

    Hi, Nice video and usefull various mounts, did you ever use it on your helmet? What about wind noise if you did. I have a helmet mounted Rollei bullet HD and all I hear is wind noise!! I still need to try it with the water tight cap and see if that help? Video wise its fantastic. Cheers Fiddy

    I used the sealed case to limit wind noise, but yeah when exposed it doesn't sound great. When mounted on the chest or tank I can use the open back on the GoPro. Yeah I quite like the crankcase/gearbox mount too, though wary of the heat on the suction mount.
