Expired driver licences

Apparently many drivers have forgotten their driving licences have an expiry date.

Now here is an interesting thought. If not having a car up to wof standard is not necessarily grounds for refusing an insurance claim providing the state of the car was not a contributing factor to the crash, ( according to some sources ), can, not having a current licence be grounds for being refused an insurance claim, if the driving was not a factor in the crash? eg, your car is legally parked, and gets side swiped.

I know that you are required to have a wof at all times and be a licenced driver, but insurance policies are a minefield on their own.

yeah. read it and find out. it'll be diffrent for every policy. and they'll probably find a way to fuck you in the end, anyway.

Errrrr...if your car is legally parked and gets side swiped then the other insurance company pays.....assuming they are insured and don't have an expired license
