TMG was a Yamaha dealership out Takanini way if I am correct. So another Yamaha dealer gone. So does that only leave Red Baron as a Yamaha Motorcycle dealership now in Auckland?

Yes, spot on, quite a big Yamaha dealership. And I think you're right, that only leaves Red Baron.

Yamaha may as well close up completely in New Zealand.

I think you will find if you ask Peter Payne that's what he infact will be doing.

From here on in anyone that wants to buy a Yamaha will buy it direct from Aussie.

TMG stands for Team Motor Group they were originally a car dealer with a Sangyong franchise and merged with TripleX a KTM bike shop in East Auck , opened a shop in Newmarket selling KTM,Victory and scooters with a shop in Takanini selling KTM and Sangyong + cars.
Closed Newmarket lost/let go of the KTM/Victory franchise took on Yamaha could't make a go of it , so now just a Sangyong dealership.
Have known the dealer/owners since their days in East Auck sad it couldn't work.
Peter Payne has returned to Auss last year, don't know who's running YamNZ .
