Hi all, seems like a great informative site and lively bunch around here.
I've had the desire to ride since I was a teen but have been discouraged by family and friends that have never even laid a finger on a bike in their lifetime. Now, independent and in my mid 20s; 3 months ago friend who is a fellow biker finally gave me the push I much needed and I haven't looked back since. I did most of a my riding on a CBR250R which was a great bike to start off with. If not for the lack of power on the motorways I'd have kept it longer so I so recently bought a brand new RC390 and I'm loving every second I spend on it out on the roads. I've done a couple of ACC sponsored courses from Pro Rider which were fantastic as well.
Hoping to meet some new people, go for rides and what not.
