    To be fair it looked like all of the drivers cut in and then jumped on the brakes.

    They did, that's why he has the cam.
    Russia is home of the insurance scam, people trying to get payouts through making it look like the other persons fault this also includes pedestrians throwing themselves at cars too. Which is why 90% of Russia have dash cams, makes for some entertaining watching tho
