I'd be worried, like bogan sez, there isn't much that you should e able to feel, and if any of those are surging around the electrical system you could be in for a shock, both in the hands and wallet.
Right hand Clutch side fine =D
Left hand feeling the shocks, not fine
wallet should be fine cause its covered for 20,000k hummm, i should take it back..... going to be a shocking ride =D rain all this week

If its under warranty just take it back save yourself the hassle, and you will find if you try fixing it yourself it will most likely void something haha

Or it could be that voltage is there at all times but only when your gloves are wet (and more conductive) that noticeable current flows.

Take it back, if they won't fix their mistake for free find a new mechanic.

    get one of these:

use common sense and logic to trace the fault.
test DC voltage (select the '20' at 10 o'clock on the dial) between earth (unpainted frame bolt) and the lever, check various other places to see where else the voltage is/isn't.
have the bike on, off, running, pull fuses one at a time, turn lights on/off ect ect and see if the voltage remains.
be systematic and you can find the fault before picking up a spanner.
