they neither protect nor do they serve

they are trained to upheld the law, wheter it makes sense or not
they are trained in crowd control, and will use tools considered weapons in the hand of civilians to keep you in line
they are trained to fill out forms which will cost the citizens many dollars called infringement notice.....after all the state needs cash
    they are trained to intimidate

protect and serve is not on their mind nor is it their business.
    allow me to simplify:
    1) they're trained to enforce policy. (POLICy Enforcer)
    2) they enforce policy.

    fuck you, citizen.

He's trying to help you from making certain enemies.... you never know who is reading your online words. Be more careful of what you say when you are upset or angry.....

Cops do protect and serve, unless doughnuts are on sale

Plenty of good cops. Better than your average citizen I would say. You want to see some of the cunts they have to deal with, day in day out

Could be interesting to research more. I'm not sure any marijuana supporters will be too happy with the idea that indoors growing potentially makes a shit load of emissions

    Brutal

Still, grow in winter and your grow closet could double as a heater and thus not cost much more overall anyway.

However this part is somewhat concerning from a bias point of view.
From the perspective of individual consumers, a single Cannabis cigarette represents 2 pounds of CO2 emissions, an amount equal to running a 100-watt light bulb for 25 hours with average U.S. electricity (or 45 hours on California’s cleaner grid).
Why is it equal to two different runtime hours for different grids?

    Good article.

I think that little quote you have could just be to make Cali look green? We all know Cali is full of two stroke banning, FIAT driving, sandal wearing hippie fucks

Hmmm, but isn't weed grown using energy off the grid, so it would have been better to say a joint represents 2 pounds of CO2 emissions, or 1 pound if grown using cali's greener grid. And yes, fuck those guys and their dislike of 2Ts.

OMFG, you mean using electricity to keep heat lamps etc... on is bad for the environment? Who would have thought such things could be so damaging. I guess all of those cloud computing centers, bitcoin generating monsters, and office lights left on all night must equate to driving around the world 7 times. Fuck me. Electricity bad for the environment eh.

Fair point, I think it may be sensationalising it, or trying to put it in perspective for a wider audience?
Bring back 2Ts, if they can grow pot, we can RG500

I thought you were a supporter of the environment protection stuff Mashy? I haven't said anything silly about it being a mega-pollutant, but it is a factor and indoor growing is polluting (not that it's hard to see that eh?), those lovely big indoor set ups do take a lot of grunt
Nobody is saying stop growing, just look in to more efficient ways of doing so

So, marijuana supporters, don't get disjointed (hehehe) from that, but think of more efficiant ways to make pot (outdoors probably isn't the answer? I don't know though, I know little about plant growing, except tomatoes, I have great tomato plants)

No conclusion jumping, son. Bad for the hips

Perhaps one of the reasons it's grown inside is because it's illegal.

Ma post was very much tongue in cheeky... keep them hips completely jointed for more fun pursuits. Best just to let the stuff grow au naturale and if the coppas will stop nickin it, it's a win win

The article is based in places where it's legal to grow. But it is the illegal issue here, and the far, far better quality and production.
