Outside Chch it's not so bad anyway. And it doesn't look like rain either.

Harden up... try the Auckland Harbour Bridge with a strong westerly gusting to 70+km/h...

Went over to the Shore and back this morning - it was fun!

Attach a sail to your bike (or pinch a kite from a kite surfer). The wind can make you faster.

Yep shitty and hot in HB too....

We normally get this in October, its delayed arrival seems to be lot more nasty pollen and flowers left on trees releasing at once.
At least one of my swimming spots is still swimmable in this

Yeah - I was thinking a 300kg low slung HD or similar would just chug through it.

Nah, this Bloody Nor Wester is playing dirty, sudden zero to 120kmh is not biker friendly even on a 310kg ride.

No riding for me today. Nail in my rear tyre took care of that. Second time in three months. Grrrrr!
Looks like I'll be riding Avon City Suzuki's loaner Inazuma for a day again.

Pussies... I just got home from Chch. There wasn't much wind once I got inland a bit. Nice fresh snow on the tops over the Lewis and the the rain (sometimes heavy) kept the bugs away
