I cant remember as it was a long time ago but I recall a bit of hype about the book and thinking what a total load of shit by the time I'd finished it, I might have to try it again

Not an easy read by any stretch, first time i read it I hated the Phaedrus chapters. Second time they were all I was really interested in. His second book Lila... Is a load of crap.
