    Winter Racing with Vic Club

The Bridgestone Winter Series kicks off on 5 May. All the details are on our website.

The Friday is a Manfeild run Test day.

The Saturday (4 May) is our 'new thing': Back to Basics meeting. This is your normal race meeting but without timing, points, or anything else that adds to the cost. It's about having fun and introducing riders to racing. Entry is only $80 plus day licence if required.

Entry forms and other details are on our website.

Important note: if you don't have a fire extinguisher you won't be racing. We will be doing bike checks on the Friday evening and Saturday morning. No sticker; no race.

For the back to basics rounds, why is there a late entry fee when there is no timing or point scoring?

Because someone still needs to prepare the programme and enter the LATE entries onto the list of racers I would say..... ;-)

Yup. And to encourage riders to enter early so we can sort any potential issues before the meeting. That way we can start on time rather than rearranging stuff.

By the way... You have one week left to enter.
