    The crash dream?

Not so pretentious to put this in the racing section. But do you ever have that dream after a crash? Some crashes like lowsides just seem to wash off, but its the ones that you can't avoid that seem to stick. This afternoon as I had a quick kip (day off looking after the kids while one at home slept) 20 min in I had the ARRRGH hands up, wake up in a panic dream.

Haven't had that one so bad since I had Green fall off in front of me losing the front on the brake in the Ohakune GP 10 odd years ago. Similar thing happened yesterday, couldn't avoid it & brain obviously has to record & replay it in the dream state. Odd.

    Anyone else?

I'm not going to go into details but my dreams are much stranger than that.
But I haven't had what you describe.

Dave has been in mine. Yes Dave I have had that dream a few times. Most recent was when I stacked into you. Quite scary how you wake from that all freaked out and thinking you just crashed. Only really repeated 3 times for me.

I had a crash back in 85 that stopped me racing. I can't remember the crash at all but I have flashes of it come to me in dreams. Scares the shit out of me.

It's been awhile since a crash dream, but I've been having lots of really cool 100mph wheelie dreams recently. Not just in my sleep.

    that sounds much better.

pulled a couple of neat wheelies onto the start straight in practice on the 100, but sadly, no dreams of it.

Yep, I have one quite regularly at the moment "reliving" my crash at Taumarunui this year wake up with a THUD, it' a mind game that's for sure. Went for a ride the other day, M was behind me on a really loud FXR and I kept freaking out that he was going to hit me from behind when I would go to slow down at stops, I was convinced that he was going to take me out and I find I pull over and let bikes go past me now when they're sat behind me. Funny what games the mind can play huh....
