Wait for the po po to do anything? Yep, you might be waiting for a while.
Because if they do that, they will be in prison faster and for longer than he ever was.

Too true. Provocation is no-longer a valid defence, it might be the reason but you can't use it as a defence.

The law and the police are supposed to be there for the protection of our society and while they do a good job they do it for the benefit of the villains!

The PC do gooder brigade tie the police hands behind their back and flaky lawyers and Judges set the villains free while the victims are trodden under the carpet!

If you want to see a vision of future NZ just look at Cuba or North Korea, then pick one ... most likely Cuba, North Korea does at least have discipline!

If the PC do-gooder brigade are so useless and fuck things up, how are they still here? I was once told we live in a democracy and apparently that means something.

Can we kill them too? Cunts.

"I got over it, she should too",

Same atitude a certain 'father' has. My wife had her childhood destroyed when she was 9 years old. For four years no one listened. 44years later, it still affects her.

sexual assault is a life sentence for the victim and a nothing sentence for the criminal, it just never goes away.

you trying to one-up laava's thread huh? i don't reckon this'll go the distance.

    1) i'm assuming he breached a restraining order?

there are so many factors at play here. i'm assuming they knew each other before "she was raped", and i'll stand by his right to walk down a street, even if she does live on it.

    2) she does need to get over it. i'm sure that's even the state line, victim, recovery and so on.

however. she also has a right to not feel threatened, at home or anywhere else, and as big bad and scary as society at large is, if he's knowingly doing it, he should get neutered, becuase that's bad form.

    Mmmm....yep.

I remember Crofts from many years ago in my professional life. He was a regular offender not obviously a threat when young but as the psychologists tell us, behaviour escalates. He is not your average person - but then most criminals aren't.

Criminal justice in NZ, an oxymoron.
So the boyfriend saw him standing at the end of the drive. Don't know about you fellas but if I were in his shoes I wouldn't have mucked around in getting down there to meet him.
This is the whole problem with modern white western males. A pack of push over pussies, just how the media/Hollywood portray them. No wonder our countries are going down the shiter.

Oh FFS... Yeah do that you end up in front of a judge quicker than you can order a flat white. Then what defense has the poor girl got and the arse wipe knows it too....

Take a walk around any city in NZ and the place is full of people opnly too happy to dish out a few whacks for any one of a thousand imaginary transgressions that often result in death or a long rehab for the unsuspecting victim...

Also - think about what you are saying... This guys a nutter and hes been in jail off and on for ever and in the company of other nutters. You think he hasnt had considerable experience with confrontation? Even if you got lucky he wont stop until hes dead... He is a nutter....

What society has to do is grow some balls and say -'YOU are a bloody nut job mate - heres a nice cozy cell'
