Whilst I understand your point in this case I don't know that would fix him and the problem he is causing for the victim. This creep is about control and even castrated he would still try to control her through fear. He is a sort of bully and needs to be disempowered.

I don't have alot of time for these peeps, in other parts of the world you get your hand cut off for stealing, firing squad for murder, rape etc.. bout time we brought back some of the old laws that were used to stop this shyte....

The status quo have "rewarded" this guy by letting him behave like this and what is more they will punish anybody who tries to stop him!
