It's called communication. We use words to do it. We have meanings for those words so others can understand what we mean.
He, and you, use the word jew, as Scuba posted it has two meanings end of story. If you want to mean something other than those two meanings you should use a different word or words.
Yes meanings of words do have others meanings added to them when they become everyday words, hence why they update dictionary's.
You both use the word jew in a derogatory way as per the second meaning and as there are no other noraml everyday meaning to it the only things we can take from this is a) you have used the word wrongly or b) you are both bigots.
