    Actually I have been rather enjoying the National / Maori party working together in office, it is certainly a huge improvement to Maori cosying up "under" Labour!

    Maori (collectively) have become more "actively" involved politically (include Hone in that) and are doing it on their own terms now. (I like that)

    Good point.
    I have never understood the relationship between Labour and Maori over the years.
    Maori don't seem to get much out of it.
