If in doubt, resign, take 3 months money for doing illegal things and dodge going to jail. Is society is the owner of that which has been free since the beginning of time. Or have they just put a value on shit and expect that the law will protect that perception? If you have contributed to that society, does your "withdrawal" (if that can be done) mean that you should not be allowed to receive any services or indeed help those who are in need of help? After all Asylum seeker get treated, refugees, aliens etc... get treatment else it breach human rights?

no they didnt. They hit the suspect, usual description: maori or polynesian of medium height and average build, wearing a dark hoodie. The fact that he wasnt actually guilty of the crime at hand... Well he was black, so probably a criminal anyway, right?
The fact that 5 shots fired, 3 hit the vehicle and of those, one hit him... Trained cops my arse.

I don't believe that was the incident Oldrider was referring to - I think he meant Halatau Ngaitoko - accdientally shot while sitting in a white van close to where police stopped Stephen McDonald ... who had rampaged all over the place shooting at police - Ngaitoko was killed by a bullet aimed at McDonald - but that actually missed.

They had plenty of opportunities previously to get rid of McDonald and they never took them, if they had, that boy would be alive looking after his new baby!
