Yeah right! Looked like it as you passed a GSXR750 and RF900 uphill!

Great day/ride by the way, though I don't think my rear tyre enjoyed it that much. Thanks Gareth for organising the ride.

I thought about stoppin there, but that would've ruined my game of fuel range bingo (which I won incidentally). Did you guys hear me go past? Or this morning when you were all at the AB and I waved as I went past quietly?

    No need for name calling.

We stopped at Cormandel main drag for lunch.

And some of us have only just gotten home from a very long day.
Yep I did the Coromandel loop - now totally shattered.

Oh and we didnt ride that fast either, as we had a new rider with us today.
Oh, yeah - I decided to change my oil as I woke up a bit early. Then needed to find a socket spanner as the bolt head was too rounded to come off with a regular spanner....... so got delayed.

Anyway now finding out you had a newbie I'm glad I didn't join up with you guys as I like to play around on those roads.

Kopu to Kopu took around 2:40 but there was a bit of time spent searching for you guys and stopping at petrol stations asking if they'd seen a bunch of bikes go past......

Hopefully next time I can do it in 2:30 or less.

EDIT: For the PC Brigade: When I say I'm glad I didn't join you with a newbie I mean I'll be less of a hazard with my unsafe riding skills and horrible lines and poor control and all those other things I need to straighten out.......... so I was better off by myself. I'm glad that you guys enjoyed yourselves out there.

    What?? Surely you're joking

    A newbie (3 months) on a VTR250 passed you on a Gixxer750??

I know Keystone is one of those naturally gifted, wretched, horrible people that we average folk envy/hate/get jealous of- but still........

Boy - if you don't find your lighter soon I'm gonna douse you in petrol and set fire to you.

What you up to next week?? We can go via Thames first and then turn off towards the smaller loop and get some of those twisties in too.

That is if some of you guys don't organise a better ride.
