Right guys I'm wanting to earn some capital gains, so I've just purchased a house by a sewerage treatment plant, it's a bit stinky when the wind blows the right way but I'm getting a petition to shut the sewerage plant shut down. Then my houses value will go up
I mean seriously only 10s of thousands of people pay for the right to use the plant (through rates). But that's just unacceptable for mildly disturbing me and a few neighbours.
