Take the cat to the SPCA where, for a small donation they will take it from you and rehouse it, then you are free to go for a ride/walk.

Your neighbour moves a couple months ago, about a k away. Neighbour kept cat indoors for 3 weeks so it wouldn't run away. Owner picks it up and is so happy cause his little girls were sad and thought it was dead or something. P.s. you learn they've given it a stupid name, poor cat. Then, maybe 2 weeks later it turns up at your house AGAIN. It's now been there for almost 1.5 days. The owner knows where you live, of course, said if it ever went missing they'd know where it would go and they have your number but you haven't heard from them yet. Do you keep the cat? Or call the rightful owner?
Why were you feeding your neighbours cat! And de fleaing it? Sounds like you own it.

Edit,I see my question is not very original, sorry about that.

Keep the cat, it sounds like you are both happy with this.

    Now that's just silly.

Plus given I gave you a hug after our awesome ride, I'm slighty hurt by that (ok it wasn't much of a hug and definitely not a huggle).

Talk to me when you haven't had a huggle for about 25 years, sniff...and you should definitely get a cat.

Hah! Reminds me of when we had a black half siamese cat called Nigganuts. We tried to give him away to a lady who lived in the next suburb, Pleasant Heights. We knew the area as "Darkest Africa". He went missing for a few days so we all went around the neighborhood looking for him yelling "Nigganuts!!"
This was in the mid '70s but you couldn't get away with it today.

The answer to this question really is very simple, but a poll should be added (not for the cat) just to make sure
