I was enjoying myself too much at the Crouchers bar in Rotorua once and thought I should try their lower % one. It was very good, although a bit thin tasting after all the others...

Yeah yeast and 0.0%... is it really yeast or just a slightly malty soft drink?

    shit's not homebrew.

would think even the supermarket cans wouldn't kick off without a bit of teh sucrose.

done a few ginga beers at low abv for the chillen. still brew and carbonate naturally. and tasty.

Wort is sugar, it's the sweet extract of malt. Some people add other sugar too, to save buying or extracting more malt.
So whatever it still makes alcohol.

    That doesn't help very much...

I did it (mangrove jacks kit) and I'm bias so it's fucking delicious. It's about 6 months old now and still tasting youthful. It'll be interesting to see it at the 1 year mark but I'm not sure I have the self control to have any bottles left by then.

Not needing to be anything for a while. Got 8 crates worth of different brews waiting to be drunk.
