Wigram pale ale. Not a bad drop. Followed by Wither Hill Sav. Outrageous value for $12 at the super.

And then some Tohu. Very nice.

A nice cup of chai latte at present. Quite probably an Oakheart Rum and ginger ale later on.

    Wok??
Ok I'll ask for one of those next time, now that ive recovered the power of speech...

And possibly after a couple of beers. For courage.

In particular I'd like to recommend you all to Macs Interstate. I was given a 6pack and was a bit dubious but it's actually very good. They've really spent serious money on hops and it's well presented at the front, although with only medium bitterness and light malt to back it up, making it a good session APA.
I bought more as an experiment and am now testing it alongside Epic Pale Ale, my usual 'control'
    Stay tuned...
    Or not
    Your choice

    mmmm hops...

The Missus has got the Baileys out of the fridge, so I'd better put my beer down. I guess that means I'm on a promise

Xmas mimosas. (Triple sec, bubbles and orange juice). On my second and it feels like a 'four mimosa' day.

Ha ha. Mrs Oakie just waved her glass at me for her third mimosa. I need to catch up.

La affare Primo coffee. Plunger and filter version....

Damn that's good coffee according to most recent Tinder Sheila http://www.laffare.co.nz/product/primo/

Brava and Gusto blends are ok too
