Can you get tyres? No one in NZ seems to stock BT-092 in 150/60/18 yet they can easily be found in the UK. Only reason I didn't get them was the 100 GBP shipping...

so if you're a company selling us goods, what guarantees and after sales service do you offer in the event of part failure, incorrect items received, faulty goods etc etc. Will you be able to hold up your obligations under the consumer guarantees act?

Thanks for all your discussion on this thread. Sorry about the delay in responding on this thread, but we have been completely overwhelmed with the amount of orders that have come through and been processed in the last few days, so much so that we have had to put a hold on advertising.
In response to a few questions. Yes you are fully covered under the consumer guarantees act as with anything ordered online. We will do everything we can to make sure our customers are always 100% happy with our service.
Tyres - yes but not yet. With the anticiapted growth we have we need to look at higher bulk shipping orders.
