Yeah .. Naaa bro ... You're dreamin' .... "don't go too well around corners" is a relative thing .... one of these would be all over the fastest bike on the road ...

Lets go for that debate again. Just find Tiff Needle having a head to head in a Civic Type R, vs a CBR1000RR (I think). Mid corner, he had more grip in the car because of the fat tyres.

The Veyron has launch control and all wheel drive, oh, and seriously large contact patches on those huge tyres.

Me thinks running a matt black Falcon which has just run over spikes off the road may cost a little bit in panel damage to the Veyron.....

    And besides...
With highly trained officers such as yourself driving, plus with your guys wonderful record of writing off cars, and flogging the absolute crap! out them through totally unnessacery hard driving!....One of these toys would last a day!...maybe two! before it was either blown to pieces or wrapped around a tree!

    That's the spirit mate!
If he could drive well, he'd have any bike on the road though.

I think it also has something to do with bikes suspension when on an angle not working as well as a cars?
But I'm no physics buff, a Veyron will hump and sport bike in the real world.

Surprisingly, it'll "only" out accelerate a 1000cc spasticbike over 240-250 odd in ideal conditions. But in anything other than ideal it'd happily have one

A Kiwi cop would reduce a Veyron to a lengthy smear of rubble in no time at all.

    Get away from it.
Just stop - by the time he has realised - he is doing 400kph.
    That is 111m/s
Say it takes him 15 seconds to realise and similar to slow down he is a good couple of km down the road.
