Sorry but nope. Mine came from AussieGrom... Some dealers in Sydney will ship but tricky to find one since Honda dealers are not allowed to sell to someone if they know it is being exported new. Can usually get around it by supplying a AU address on the invoice.

    Good luck

Took a week to get them registered due to some confusion with new model VIN numbers and NZTA. Worth it in the end... they are just heaps of fun!

I know this is an old thread but thought about getting a Grom next year for some cheap fun - $5745 plus on road costs. No thanks. $5000 all up I could live with - just - but not over $6000.

Here you go, this kinda looks a bit like one, bit bigger, probably more fun and within your budget.

Looks perfect and within budget. Think I'll put a bid in. Is it the Yamaha version of the Grom?

I was looking for a streetfightered R1 to recommend but that popped up.

Heck I used to bomb around on an RG50 for years, was a huge laugh when there was a few of you or just around town. Can't think I'd do those sorts of trips anymore. But at least it was a 2 stroke so it felt and sounded exciting.

Truth is I'm looking at the Grom cos with crook hips its got harder to get the leg over the Enfield, Grom seats a bit lower and boss says I'm not allowed a scooter.

Have you actually seen one in the flesh? I'm 6'3, picture an elephant riding a tricycle... they're tiny.

I know. The height is why I'm considering it.
