Today I opened a catalogue, read the index, turned to the page I wanted, walked over to the customer who was trying on gear and pointed at a picture & asked "Is that the part?"

He nodded, we both smiled, I then wrote a note with a pink pen (no-one nicks pink ones), put it in a lil tube & set the pigeon loose outside.
