Unhappy Fuel gauge problems, Hyosung GT250R

Hi, Have recently started to have problems with the fuel gauge on my bike. To sum it up, even with a full tank the bike drops to E for no reason.

It says the correct amount when the bike is stationary for a period of time or when just starting the bike up, but as I accelerate and start riding it drops down to E pretty quick....

Any ideas what it could be? Wiring? Fuel sensor?

    Thanks!

Fuel sensor or poor earth. Take the tank off and clean the plug for the sensor would be my first try
Hyosung owner's manual should have a resistance value for full and empty tank readings, it the resistance is correct and not haywire, you have an issue with the loom or dash (I am fairly sure some of them had capacitor failures in the dash, Mitsi style)
