Bout time I registered here (Torquedelic)

    Hello Kiwibiker forum members.
I am a biker and also a kiwi.
    Therefore
    Gday

I've bought my first motorcycle in august 2010, a Yamaha SR 250. It was great. Its in bits now.
I now have a Yamaha SRX 250 (funny how a single letter can refer to such a different machine - still single cyl but thats it).
I love these little thumpers for their simplicity. If I had more money I wouldve got my full licence and bought something bigger by now but this is where Im at atm and pretty happy with it.
I Hope to build/get something to use at track days later in the year, because I should've started racing a decade ago.

Here's some pics of the current beast circa august last year.

The SRX 600 is learner approved, and if you love your 2fiddy, then you will a 600.
Yes those Yammys do tend to do more than they are expected to do...

Indeed. The bigger Srx's seem to be a bit hard to come by though. I think ill look for something like a Honda GB500 next. Something to make a decent cafe racer out of
