    Love that last one.

As long as it's a rubbish bin, and not a recycling bin, I'm not so sure I'd mind that so much.

I do get pissed off about people putting their rubbish in other peoples bins (especially the arses who put rubbish in recycling bins) but at least the old lady is picking up what her dog is leaving. Would the bin owner rather she left the crap on the ground in front of his/her house? It's not like a little crap is going to fill-up the bin so the person paying misses out on dumping their own rubbish ...

The people I want to cut the heads off are the clever sods who walk through my local bush reserve. It seems there are doorknobs who take their dog for a walk, pick up their crap into a plastic bag (yay for them) - and THEN throw the plastic bag into the bushes, or just off the side of the track.

I find it hard to comprehend the mentality of people who would do that.

Sorry. Just felt like ranting about something.
Measure once, cut twice. Practice makes perfect.
