Hah! munted my mums frypan slice when i was a teen. Flipping the top with the top of another full bottle was always the way, then we started to wear a large flat buckle on our belts usually with Triumph or Norton on it as was the fad in the 70's, or we just guzzled from twist top flagons, oh those were the days
