Would about 1130 be the correct time to be at pirongia?

That was a fun ride with some fun roads! (And some greasy roads).

Cheers Mark, Ann and everyone who made the trip!

No crashes, no break downs, no dramas and I learnt a lot about my new bike.

    Bring on November!

Home now. Took the scenic route. It was nice and dry in Pirongia and Te Awamutu, and about 10 minutes into deciding Waipapa Rd is a good idea it started pissing down. Ah well, still a nice ride and a nice end to a great weekend. Thanks everybody for a lot of fun

Hey yáll, hit home at 3.37pm and now chilaxn. Good ride with nice twisties and some abysmal weather today...but eh, what else can ya do but ride. Caught up to the NUMNUTZ Beama that thought it was fun to carve up the meandering bike wyvern tween upslope wyndies tween Taumaranui & TK. A$$hole. Anyhoo, clean-toasty and laundry done. Time for some snackage.

Loved it! Cheers to Mark and Ann for organising the whole kit and caboodle! Great to see a number of familiar faces, and new ones too.

Pity the owl didn't perform on demand, but it was still good fun for some late night silliness.

First thing to do Monday - book my leave for November!

Home safe. Time for a pounding shower whilst I contemplate the difficulty of a handlebar conversion.....

What is wrong with your handle bars?

Are you thinking of replacing clip ons with regular bars or dirt bike bars? Or raised/adjustable clip ons?

Nothing. They are just a little low for my comfort on extended rides.
