One of my best mates died of bowel cancer just over a year ago, not a pleasant thing to see. R.I.P. big fella I hope you are bulldozing your way to nirvana. Good christian man, never drank, never smoked, only had sex to make babies, never swore,never had a bad word to say about anyone..........Fuck that, Im goin all out, look what being good gets ya.

How did he eat?
Was he exposed to chemical and toxins?
Fuels and exhaust gases????
It he have repressed strong toxic emotions? [like seething hate for forum members]
Was he on the spectrum or such... did he have any genetic weaknesses from birth/parents?

Was he happy and boy ant?

He was a farmer all his life,grain farmer mostly, he had a theory that it was the grain dust that caused his problems. He thought he may get lung cancer from the dust, so was a little surprised when he got it in the bowels. I belive all sickness is a form of emotional repression, but that is just my opinion.
