I went through the ordering process on both sites before posting the links and no GST was added to either. They drop ship all their shit from China, and dont stock anything or have an actual shop.

Prices are GST Exclusive, because they are listing as an international seller and GST gets added on when it comes into the country.

I just did, and was told by an Indian that yes I can pick it up from them if I really want (though he did sound reluctant), but still have to pay $20 (not the advertised $45) for shipping (as yes they bring them into the country to order) and I was assured the total price (inclusive of GST) would be $564. Apparently the $44 shipping charge is an error that they will be fixing in the future. He then said it would be better to just complete the transaction on their website but pay the lesser amount. No doubt there is an element of risk in the transaction so you need to make up your own mind and haggle to get yourself the best deal on terms that minimise the risk. i.e order it for pick up only and don't pay till its in the store.

However if you want to make it harder for yourself by finding and talking up barriers that might be sidestepped by an approach that is more practical than you feel competent enough to negotiate, you should probably fuck off and buy one somewhere else. It ain't any more complicated than that.
