App save data

Sup guys,

Got a non-rooted LGP500h with several hours of hill climb invested, bought myself an S2 and after popping in the sd card and downloading the app again I found I have to start all over again.
Anyone got any hints to somehow get the game data transfered?

Tried copying n pasting all random folders over - didn't work
Tried app which backup data but they only backup the game itself.

I've got a P500 as my backup phone. Root it and put CM on it.

But to root it I will lose the very file I want, because it wipes all files righT?
