When does a push bike stop being a push bike and become a motorcycle, or in this case a hoverbike?

I thought pushbikes were meant to be narrow and not take up too much space?
That thing will need its own helipad.

Nah even when I am pushing my bike along the road it is still and motorbike, just a motorbike with petrol or with a flat battery.

imagine lane splitting on that thing, geez you would take up more lane than a truck.

Think the rider was a dummy so glad it wasn't in lycra . . . or was that a lycra track suit?
