    Imagine what could be achieved with a bit of effort then... Not knocking the Blue Brigade but I sometimes struggle to understand how they don't catch shit loads of people (predominantly retarded boy racers) ... I can think of multiple urban areas that need addressing but you'd swear the feds aren't interested.     My interpretation of that was the rider was being sarcastic. I'm sure the cop would of been aware of that and would be having a good old chortle at the riders expense to see it being quoted in print as being a serious statement. lol
