    Just to let you know 288 entries now confirmed, would have been nearly 300 but have had a few pull out after a couple of offs at Auck club day & the like. The Aussie container is on the water with 11 sidecars & 25 solos.

    Nope. Drew is incorrect. Freshening up 'on' my lingo would mean putting your cognisance of the Australian idiom in some sort of container, mounting it and applying toiletries.

    Freshening up one's lingo is to reacquaint oneself with the implementation of 'strine' so as not to cause a socially uncomfortable happenstance.
