    Hello from me (Fastmark)

    Hi All
Been in NZ since 2009 from the UK (yes another one) but have been without a bike since 2007 (ZXR750)

Just bought a GS1000GT to do up as a winter project, lots of bits spread around the place at present, some of them shiney, some I even know where they go, hope to have it up and running by October(ish)

Had a number of bikes over the years, GSX250, Katana 650, GS1000E, CB900, XBR500, RD350 YPVS, FZ750 and ZXR750, so have been riding for a fair while.

Didn't think I would get another one after the Z but once bitten....

Looking forward to enjoying those empty roads, well as long as your not heading to Auckland anyway.

    Cheers

Welcome to kb Fastmark and congrats to the bike. Sounds like a great project

Why didn't you think you would get another bike after selling the ZXR?

Thats a very long story Grasshopper, but the short story was a great european holiday that turned very bad, loss of friend, lack of interest in riding the bike, just could not get back into the swing of it, also needed money for the visa health checks, so.......

To be honest I got so carried way with fishing once we got here I didn't even think about biking, but its always there, lurking in the background waiting to spring out at you.
