    Yamaha FZR 400 1988

    here she goes
put her on trade me and got fucked around so for kiwibikers only
Here we have my fzr 400 1988 . she is very fast and well looked after in the 9000 kms i have owned her and before me the owner rebuilt the engine and replaced the bottom end bearings . sadly I HAVE to sell her because i am going for a long holiday (UPDATE)(JUST BOUGHT A BRAND NEW BIKE .... WILL POST WHEN I GET IT )(never go to a bike shop and get ropped into geting finance on a brand new 2013 bike lol).... it aint a good time to sell soo . someone will get a great deal here . she is also learner legal. has a top speed of 235 kphISH and 0-100 in around 4 seconds
SHE IS hard to start in cold mornings . as in i need to turn the choke all the way up and crank her for about 30 seconds then shes sweet and starts. there is no reg or wof (reg on hold )
but i am happy to put a reg and wof on her if need be at buyers cost .

SELLING HER AS IS WHERE IS UNLESS YOU WOULD LIKE ME TO PUT WOF AND REG THEN I WILL STAND BY HER

I would NEVER recommend a learner rider ride this bike . ive been riding for a long time and this thing is toooo fast for a learner despite what some people might THINK ... Click image for larger version.

nice bike WHEN presented in the orig yammy colours, but yrs is priced fair .....I remember a friend of a friend (eek) in Tga owning one-it was about an 85/86 mod FZ400r with the fact half fairing and twin headlight front,it looked quite good and sounded big superbike sporty with the orig black yammy 4 into 1 exh system -hardly any around nowdays?.....also the 87/88 model FZ 6oo's were quite a gem too.
