When reports about “turbo cancers” began to surface, I must admit that my initial reaction included thoughts such as “serves you right” and “I told you so.”

However, my perspective has since changed. I now genuinely feel sorry for anyone who has suffered as a result of these circumstances. It’s truly tragic, and I wouldn’t wish it upon anyone. You had every right to place your trust in the government and healthcare professionals—unfortunately, it appears that trust may have been misplaced.
