    Race ready FXR for sale

I am thinking about selling my FXR. I don't have the motivation to race anymore and we have another bucket if I get the urge to go for a spin.

Do you know anyone that would be interested?

It is a mint bike, has done 43 second laps with an A grade rider on it, 46 second laps with me. Very easy to ride. Has wide wheels and slicks + plus I have about 6 spare slicks. I also have unused wets on the standard FXR wheels, ready to go straight onto the bike.
It has high compression gasket and gn carb, runs very smoothly. No key petrol cap (very handy) strong clip ons, gsx250 front brake master and braided brake line (awesome stopping power with one finger).

The rear sets have been replaced with better position pegs (higher and further back)

No issues with noise, it has a cycleworks under engine muffler specifically designed by Damon to keen the noise down. When Andrew did his last readings at the track it was one of the quietest bikes on the track.

I have changed the oil and oil filter regularly since it was rebuilt by Brendon in Chch when it was converted into a bucket a few years ago.

    Full nylon done.

    Wanting $1,900

    Cheers

    Nigel

Sorry to see you go Nigel, you'd really come along in leaps.

    Cheers Dave.
I achieved my original goal, become a better road rider.
Plus I had fun and made some new great friends.

This not goodbye forever, just goodbye for now.
