Becoming fearless isn't the point. That's impossible. It's learning how to control your fear, and how to be free from it.

I'll happily admit I'm at fault for the amount of rubbish I make and that if I was worried about it I could make less but why should I change my eating and drinking habits to suit the council, fuck 'em.
I do crush bottles but even crushed a 2.25 coke bottle takes up a fair bit of space not to mention all the dog food cans.
Go soothingly on the grease mud, as there lurks the skid demon
For me, i don't care what the council thinks of my rubbish and or the amount of it, but I do wonder for years and generations to come where is all the rubbish going to go? what about my kids? and their kids and so on and blah blah etc. Don't get me wrong, I am no greeny, I could make even more of an effort to recycle and reduce waste etc but I am content that the effort I am making now, albeit small, will have a cumulative effect over time. You know, with our powers combined, we can save the world!
Ditto, won't take a plastic bag etc. if I don't need it. I do usually get them when I go grocery shopping and try to re use most as kitchen rubbish bags.

A good blast around the forest is just what I needed.
I think we could all do more to preserve the beauty of our planet, myself included. I would hate to think of anywhere in NZ becoming like the city I was born in in the UK. Last time I was in Auckland I went for a stroll down Dominion rd, and It is sad to say I think it is happening already.
It,s your world too...........Dont just sit there.
