CBR900RR Fireblade
Ex race bike with all sorts of modifications. NZ new, only 3 owners. genuine 32k on the clock.
Been my baby for a couple years but I'm off overseas so gotta sell. Disappointed I never got it on a racetrack to see how fast she’ll go, one of my mates got it to 270 before backing off while the bike was still accelerating.
- 929cc block with 1mm overbore to 954
- Performance valves
- Power commander II
- Aftermarket exhaust
- Lightweight racing footpegs and hangers
- Öhlins rear shock

I’ve got no paperwork guaranteeing the work, some things you can see on the bike, others not, but it is very fast.

Just replaced exhaust gaskets (28 June 2013), rebuilt clutch (28 June 2013) with new fibres, new heavy duty springs and reground steels, new oil (motul 5100) and filter
good rubber - $800 worth of Avon storm 2 ultras, about 50% tread left. New battery about 8 months ago

Fresh WOF 1st July, rego on hold

Sometimes idles erratically (bit slow or fast), could probably use a tune and a new chain. Fairings are a bit shabby but the performance isn’t! Very fast bike

Got some spare parts for it in Auckland if any wants them – factory exhaust, racing fairings, wiring loom, few other random bits
