What engine oil do you guys recommend for a '93 ZZR1100 D1?

I used to run any quality bike-specific semi-synthetic oil and change it every 5,000km. It used to use a little bit between changes too from memory.

Try to avoid palm oil. Health issues aside there are concerns over tropical deforestation.
