    She thought they did, I didn't notice a difference. But they held the heat after a day out in the sun!

    They have a valve already. They get put in 'deflated', and the saline is pumped in once they're positioned. Be a bit weird if there was a little plastic tube dangling from her armpits though.

    I would trim it to the edge of the screen, and cut a plastic tube along it's length, then glue it onto said edge.
