Facebook page: Wellington earthquake & storm updates

I dont want to be an alarmist but who are these people, they've created a page three hours ago got nearly 40000 likes and posted things like railway station and rail lines all closed , many many central city buildings closed till either inspected or lunchtime tommorow and at about ten past ten tonight they're off to be till tommorow, sorry folks I know there's dramas out there but are they adding to the mayhem???
    seriuosly it's their bedtime already?????
think about it, if I'm wrong tomorrow i'll eat my undies, complete with some brown liquefaction that occured today during the quakes.

    Wellington City Update #2

    General damage:
There are reports of buildings with some structural damage. If you see structural damage in your building, we recommend having the building inspected by an engineer engaged by the building's owner before it is occupied for normal business. If you are concerned about the safety of your building you should contact their building owner for an update on the status of their building.
A couple of buildings have been evacuated with all residents relocated to temporary accommodation. No temporary accommodation is needed at this time.

    Utilities:
Reports of power out in only a few houses
No reports of water mains out.
    No reports of gas issues.
Inspections will be done on all utilities tomorrow.

    Roads:
Road closures are in place on parts of Bolton St, Wakefield St, Featherston St, Webb St, and Victoria St. Cleaning crews are being deployed to clean up debris.
We advise people to avoid the CBD unless necessary and stay off the streets.

    Trains:
No trains tonight. We will update later this evening when there is more information about tomorrow's commute.

    Buses:
Some buses are not running. Check Metlink for further details on www.metlink.org.nz.
Political correctness: a doctrine which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd from the clean end.

that's their spelling, you could smeel a rat with that and the fact if it was a real post it should've had staff and customers advice as well as whose authorising the post.
