8mm alloy on the front edge, would that cut you,do you have a file,has to be better than the cut up coke can you two would use.have a nice day,

Think you quoted the wrong post, that's my trick. They look good Chris. I cut mine on the mill at work but slots the other direction. Lucky on my bike a flat plate will work.
