Arrr harr harr. Lab specific food! Labs will eat anything ... from our experience with the late 'Dusty' .. .anything from baby poos that fell out of a nappy to a roast of beef that Mrs Oakie left on top of the deep freeze in the garage one day!

For cleaverage eyeballing, I have the lady who comes to groom the little Maltese/shitzu cross. I stand on one side of the outdoor table holding the dog, she stands on the other side and leans over while clipping the dog.

Tonight before leaving for work, Belle ( the Labrador ) was stretched out in front of the fire. I think she is settling in quite well. Tomorrow she gets a decent bath. Flea treatment etc.

Hey John, you know the rules. It's no story unless there are photos.

I played a couple of games of Basketball nearly every week for 30 years. Best thing I have discovered for my (now) chronic knees is low acid foods/diet.

Acid free tomatoes, back off on the spuds etc. Makes a huge difference - for me anyway.

Better off grinding and eating the shells of the mussels, or bones as well, seeing as that is where it comes from anyway, Glucosomine that is. Chondroitin sulphate is mainly soursed through pig Stomach and tissue, so heaps of offal boilups would be good too. If ya can stomach a bit of pig stomach.

given that both of those things are toxins in the nightshade family, its unsurprising you feel better.
